mindSHIFT was looking for a fast, repeatable method to integrate their customer’s ticketing tool with their domain-separated ServiceNow instance. mindSHIFT was able to create 4 integrations in conjunction with a unique incident management process in 1/3 of the time it would take with standard web-service integrations.
Zurich Insurance Group, an existing Perspectium customer, and its subsidiary Farmers Insurance Group are heavyweights of the insurance industry.
With Perspectium, Farmers integrated its ServiceNow instance with that of Zurich for many processes and tables.
When BAMTech Media spun off from MLB Advanced Media, BAMTech needed a separate instance of ServiceNow. The two instances needed to stay as identical as possible until the separation was complete. With Perspectium, BAMTech replicated tasks, configuration items, etc., bi-directionally between the MLB instance and the BAMtech instance.
With Perspectium, Norima Consulting replicated data from a customer instance of ServiceNow to a fresh ServiceNow instance. This time-sensitive project was completed well before the deadline and resulted in a very satisfied customer for Norima Consulting.

With its purchase of Mulesoft, Salesforce made a major statement about the value of the integration market.
