Perspectium supports all versions of ServiceNow currently available in the market until the version of ServiceNow is no longer supported by ServiceNow or when an upgrade is enforced.
For example, with the recent release of Madrid, Perspectium will support the versions, Jakarta, Kingston, London and the newly released Madrid. We will continue to support Jakarta until it’s reached it’s end of life.
In addition, when a new version of ServiceNow is pre-released such as New York, it will immediately go through our development process for compatibility testing.
