Oftentimes during troubleshooting, Perspectium Support may ask you which version Perspectium Update Set you’re using. “Where would I find that,” you might ask. Finding the current version of Perspectium applied to your instance is as easy as a couple clicks.
In the ServiceNow navigation bar, we’ll want to search for the Perspectium application. Next, locate “Control and Configuration.” Then, click “Properties.” This will open up the Perspectium Properties page. Now, you’ll want to scroll to the bottom of the page to find your current Perspectium Update Set Version. Simple as that!
