What information do you need in your dashboard?

Hi Service Providers!
Welcome to the Perspectium Community. My name is Joe Antonecchia and I lead product design and development for the Service Provider Gateway. I’d like to solicit your feedback for the information you would like to see in the Service Provider Gateway Dashboard. Today we offer Customer Health Reports showing you Customer Incidents for the last 30 days as well as currently open incidents by customer and priority. We also offer Integration Health Reports that show you Integration Transactions by customer and status last 30 days and last 24 hours (see image below). Please reply with your feedback on the other reports you would like to see in the dashboard. Thank you in advance for any and all feedback.
