    The ServiceNow to Jira SIAM integration is a seamless process that enables users to send ServiceNow Incident records to Jira as Issues and vice versa! But ever wonder why you’ve had issues receiving records in your Jira instance?

    Here are a few reasons why and how to fix them:

    1. Your ServiceNow Shared Queue and Dynamic Share may not be properly configured. Please refer to this Perspectium Wiki doc: ServiceNow to Jira Installation – Shared Queues.
    2. Your Perspectium MBS properties may be incorrect. Please refer to this wiki article for more information.
    3. Your table maps may not be properly configured. Please refer to this wiki article for more information.
    4. If you did not encounter any of these issues above, contact Perspectium Support at support@perspectium.com.
