Here is a question for our customers in the healthcare space: which are the service providers (MSP, telco SP, network SP, or specialist supplier) that are part of your service delivery portfolio? Perspectium already supports SIAM e-bonding with many service providers, but we are always trying to determine how else we could help our customers by proactively developing new integrations.
Healthcare is one of the vertical markets where we feel there are specialist SPs that might not already be on our radar. Please use this thread to identify the companies with which SIAM ebonding would help improve the visibility and overall control of service delivery for a Healthcare ITSM function.
