Forget your default Perspectium Credentials password?

    It has been some time and you don’t quite remember what the password was, but your instance is working just fine. However, you want to do some testing, so you spin up another ServiceNow instance. Or maybe you already have a test instance and you don’t remember what the credentials were because you have so many other one that you were using at the time. That’s okay you can still get the credentials. Head to your navigator search bar type in Perspectium and navigate through the module: Perspectium > Control and Configuration > Properties. After clicking on the properties, the Perspectium Properties will load and the user name that you used. The password should be dotted out. Do not worry, click on show decrypted value and a pop up will display the password. Now you have the credentials need to create a share queue including the URL endpoint.
