Implementing Service Integration Workflows between Applications
This course enables consultants and administrators to take advantage of the Perspectium common data model to implement the application workflows that replicate data bi-directionally and electronically bond records in multiple endpoints
This course will focus on implementing this solution for a particular pair of endpoints. Examples of endpoints include:
This training is intended for consultants and administrators who will be importing Perspectium update sets, configuring properties, and customizing the integration.
The prerequisites for this class are basic understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) or administrative and user knowledge of the endpoint applications. Additionally, the student should have completed the Perspectium core foundation course or have equivalent knowledge.
The students must have access to the endpoint applications for doing the lab exercises.
This course takes two to three hours depending on the endpoints covered.
Topics (will vary slightly based on endpoints)
The Implementing Service Integration Workflows class covers the following:
- Workflow and Perspectium components
- Understanding and customizing the components of the common data model
- Configuring the workflow
- The workflow of bi-directional Perspectium replication
