Industry Leaders Come Together to Drive Integration as a Service

The Advisory Board will work closely with the Perspectium management team as the company continues to extend its industry-leading Integration as a Service (IaaS) solutions. They will lend their vision and extensive expertise as Perspectium continues to develop solutions that address a wide array of challenges and opportunities for its enterprise customers.

The board, comprised of top-tier experts from across the enterprise software spectrum, includes:

Laura Pierce – guides Perspectium in sales growth and will provide a jumpstart in best practices in sales operations, sales analytics, quota setting and compensation plans. Laura was the Manager of Global Sales Operations at ServiceNow from 2007 to 2012.  With the trajectory growth around the globe, Laura moved to manage Americas Sales Operations in 2012 and finished her career at ServiceNow as a Sales Finance Director providing insight and analysis of key sales metrics.  Laura holds a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University.

Vic Verma – is currently the Chief Information Officer at IFF – a S&P 500 Specialty Chemicals company – leading their Information Technology transformation. Previously he was at American Express, where he spent nearly 6 years as the Vice President of Global Infrastructure Operations, leading various programs that improved customer experience, DevOps and modernization across infrastructure operations. Earlier, Vic was Chief Architect at GlaxoSmithKline and Divisional CIO at Bristol Myers Squibb. Vic has a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Marshall University, a BSChE from Rutgers University, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Ethan Christensen – is an independent corporate transactional attorney and most recently served as Vice President Legal for ServiceNow. Ethan was instrumental in helping that company prepare for and execute its successful initial public offering and subsequent follow-on public financings. Prior to ServiceNow, Ethan was a corporate partner at the Cooley LLP law firm, where he represented a wide variety of emerging and high growth companies and the investors who fund them.

Craig McDonogh – has been helping software companies engage with their markets for over 20 years. He is best described as a translator – working with the technology creators and the enterprise market to help each understand the other. Craig was one of the early employees at ServiceNow and played an integral part in their positioning and dramatic growth for almost 6 years. Prior, Craig created much of the product positioning for BMC Software and Remedy, working both at HQ and the field, in the US and internationally.
