As a ServiceNow admin, you may want to restrict users access to make changes to Perspectium Configuration, while still allowing them to view the configuration. As a Managed Service Provider, your customers may want to allow you access to view Perspectium configuration, but provide restrictions on your ability to edit the configuration without their permission.
To facilitate these requirements and restrictions, Perspectium have added a “Perspectium Read-only” role. This is available in the Dubnium release and subsequent releases.
After install of Perspectium Replicator update set, just ask the ServiceNow admin to set your user with this role, and you’ll be able to view configuration without being able to modify or update.
