Summary

Perspectium is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager with Salesforce experience to join our team. This position will work closely with the global Sales Team and report to the Vice President of Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the forecasting process and advise the Sales Team on enterprise sales transactions
  • Support sales leadership regarding the sales process and forecasts based on existing sales opportunities in the CRM system
  • Attend forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Analyze and review current customer licensing, products and usage and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Suggest pricing and payment solutions balancing customer need and existing pricing policies
  • Review quotes and order forms for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure all orders are approved within pricing and discount policies
  • Participate and support the sales team during the negotiation of customer agreements including coordinating with customer and legal teams during the sales process
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is obtained for new orders (i.e. purchase order, signed order form, MSSA)
  • Calculate commissions and sales bonuses
  • Interface with Finance and Legal teams
  • Support sales organization’s requirement for Customer licensing compliance (i.e. vendor setup documentation)
  • Develop, improve, and implement new processes or process improvements around all aspects of sales (i.e. prospecting, contracting, and renewal processing)
  • Generate, manage, and own all documentation related to the sales process and external resource (i.e. master agreements, price lists, close plans)

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in Sales Operations at a SaaS organization
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple competing priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft Office including Excel and Google Docs
  • Experience with Salesforce required including ability to build reports and dashboards
  • Ability to support multiple account executives and sales territories across multiple time zones
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism and ability to problem solve
  • Willing and able to work under the pressure of deadlines and find solutions to meet timelines
  • Team player with positive attitude
