Integration Support Engineer

 

Provide high-end Level 3 support/troubleshooting to resolve escalated advanced client application integration issues and assist clients with application implementation optimization.  Implement solutions in client environment according to established ITSM policies, practices, and procedures. Recognize new support problems and develop software solutions to ensure maximum client up time utilizing Java, Javascript, XML, JSON, and Linux OS. Improve client support delivery experience including development of more efficient processes and web-based support applications. Identify, define, and recommend product improvements for future releases.

 

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
