Perspectium is seeking a Customer Support Manager to help continue our growth as a company. This is a multi-faceted role requiring different skills and experiences.


The successful candidate would be based in San Diego.

  • Manage our Customer Support team which provides 24/7 support schedule for our customers globally
  • Build, retain and develop a highly effective, motivated team
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved in an efficient manner
  • Directly communicate with customers when required
  • Primary point of contact for Customer Support escalations
  • Continuously develop and improve our standard procedures for delivering customer support
  • Build a data driven culture of Customer Support
  • Partner with R&D, Customer Success and Sales to provide a positive overall experience to our customers.
  • Communicate with Perspectium senior management about urgent and strategic customer issues and plans
