Perspectium is expanding its EMEA sales team with an ambitious and well-calculated growth plan for 2021. This position reports into the Head of Sales, EMEA. Responsibilities

  • Generate new net business opportunities to fuel our Enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Identify, qualify and coordinate with stakeholders to schedule product demonstrations which generate into qualified pipeline opportunities
  • Act as the initial point of contact with prospects, promote brand awareness and lead generation, effectively communicate Perspectium's product offerings
  • Collaborate with field sales and marketing team to develop effective GTM strategies to drive pipeline building efforts
  • Maintain active engagement and communication with new contacts throughout the pre-sales cycle
  • Deliver quality forecasting and operational performance
  • Create and prioritize a strategic sales approach focused on targeting enterprise accounts within a defined territory (i.e cold calling, email campaigns or social media)
  • Conduct research on target accounts and target contacts through Google, LinkedIn and Zoom Info to build new accounts
  • Hold conversations with enterprise organisations at senior IT decision makers level
  • Understand customer problems, their impacts on the wider business and be able to articulate Perspectium's unique value in clear language
  • Use Salesforce and SalesLoft to construct prospecting emails, execute on marketing campaigns and track activities
  • Maintain a high degree of the company's products and solutions
  • Must be constantly looking to improve; while seeking and respecting input from others

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in selling high value, long lead-time enterprise solutions software or high-value services
  • 1-2 yrs of corporate experience (software sales preferred)
  • B2B inside sales, telesales, call center, enterprise prospecting experience a plus
  • Excellent consultative and competitive sales skills that leverage both strong process and relationship-driven techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in CRM (Salesforce), Google Apps, and business applications
  • Ability to communicate value proposition with C-level executives
