Account Development Representatives – San Diego & London
Perspectium is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing inside sales teams in our San Diego and London offices. These are highly visible, collaborative positions with quota-carrying responsibility for generating net-new sales pipeline. We're seeking motivated self-starters who are hungry for a challenge. The ADR's main focus is identifying, developing and generating new business opportunities for the Field Sales Team.
Act as the initial point of contact with prospects promotes brand awareness and effectively communicate Perspectium's integration solutions.
Identify, qualify and coordinate with stakeholders to schedule product demonstrations which generate into pipeline opportunities.
Collaborate with field sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies to drive pipeline building efforts.
Maintain active engagement and communication with new contacts throughout the pre-sales cycle.
Deliver quality forecasting and operational performance.
Create and prioritize a strategic sales approach focused on targeting enterprise accounts within a defined territory (i.e cold calling, email campaigns or social media).
Research and build new accounts/contacts.
Maintain a high degree of the company's products and solutions.
Ability to communicate value proposition with C-level executives.
Proven success in selling high value, long lead-time enterprise solutions software or high-value services.
1-2 yrs of corporate experience (software sales preferred).
B2B inside sales, telesales, call center, enterprise prospecting experience a plus
Excellent consultative and competitive sales skills that leverage both strong process and relationship-driven techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledgeable in CRM, Google Apps, and business applications.
